Multiple reports of temporary traffic lights on A30 near Monkton causing huge delays with no sign of work. Section of road is HE controlled. Some callers believe the timings are too short to shift the queues.

  • This situation has been going on for over a week there is no work or equipment on the road its ridiculous get some one out there and take a look it looks like a small part of the road was resurfaced days ago but the cones and traffic lights are still in place stupidness at its best on a major net work road

    The works were not ours, and were being carried out by Vodafone to repair a dangerous utility cover.

    This work has now been completed and the traffic lights have been lifted.
