Unclear road markings lead to a near miss

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later
A car in lane 2 only just avoided hitting me as it drove straight on into the central cut through towards Toton.
Only cars in lane 3 should access the central cut through, but the driver was using sat nav and apologised when being beeped by several cars.
This is an unsafe junction.
