Extended cracking to spagetti support concrete

Reported via desktop in the Structures (eg bridges, fencing, noise barriers) category anonymously at 09:55, Monday 19 July 2021

Sent to Highways England less than a minute later

Exiting M6 Jct 6 towards Salford Circus. As you approach the traffic lights at the island and look up at the support for the overhead road (pillar on right where it crosses this M6 exit) which I believe is Aston Expressway ( from Birmingham Centre ) exit to on to Tyburn Road, the supporting concrete at the top of the pillar has extended cracking since I used this junction last week, the crack appeared to be about 5 foot for some months but as I glanced at it on Sunday it now appears to be the full length of the supporting concrete and a large chunk appears to be about to fall onto the ground below.
