Large tree/roots damaged and knocked over breeze block wall

The boundary wall separating our property from the land adjacent to the M5 has been damaged by overgrown trees/roots and has fallen over leaving our property exposed to the motorway. The trees causing the damage are on the land between our boundary and the kulvert running alongside the M5 and are very overgrown and simply rebuilding the wall is not a viable solution. The blocked wall is only 3 courses high but it supports a wooden fence and I am obviously concerned that although this is still in place, it is no longer supported and will collapse leaving a considerable section of our boundary open.
Thank you for contacting Highways England concerning boundary wall.
We shall look into this issue and aim to provide a response by 27/09/21.
Can we please ask that you check back on this date for an update.
